* Attractive PCPs and Operating Leases available on several rangesRegistration figures released by SMMT have shown that March 2007 was the most successful month in the UK history of Mercedes-Benz with 16,649 new cars registered, just beating March 2006’s previous best. The company has also announced its latest raft of attractive finance offers and complimentary equipment upgrades.Registration success across the board
The registration result is all the more remarkable as the company’s most popular model – the C-Class Saloon – is in run-out prior to the arrival of the all-new model’s debut in June.Success was spread widely across the entire range and four variants recorded their highest registration figures in March: the C-Class Estate registered 826 units; new S-Class recorded 619 registrations; CL-Class registrations were 169 in its launch month; and R-Class with 308 units – the latter three ranges also having best-ever first quarter results alongside the CLS-Class four door coupé.
Simon Oldfield, Sales Director Mercedes Car Group, commented on the figures: “To achieve these excellent results in a tough market and with our highest volume model in very limited supply is a tribute to the efforts of sales teams in our retailers around the country and to the excellence of the whole Mercedes-Benz product range.

Quarter two offers
This attractive range of offers has been expanded further for the next three months. Mercedes-Benz has a number of incentives available on certain cars registered from now until 30 June 2007.
