Lucky homeowners could get a Mercedes-Benz C-Class
Anyone purchasing a house in Newquay in Cornwall could be lucky enough to get their hands on a smart fortwo or a Mercedes-Benz C-Class as well.
An estate agent is giving the cars to buyers in an attempt to sell properties in a slowing housing market.
Buyers spending under GBP250,000 receive a smart fortwo, while those spending on a bigger budget will be treated to a luxury Mercedes-Benz C-Class, the Daily Mail reports.
With the C-Class being the most popular model in the Mercedes-Benz range, the estate agents are hoping it will be just the incentive a buyer needs.
"On the day of completion, you get two sets of keys - one for the flat and one for the car," Stuart Shield, branch manager at Bradleys estate agents, told the Daily Mail.
Those lucky enough to be gifted a Mercedes-Benz C-Class will receive an even more powerful, responsive and comfortable drive after new developments by the automaker.
