The Open Championship officially kicks off today, and to celebrate, we’ve launched a new free app that’s guaranteed to get you in full swing.
Introducing City Golf: an exciting new development in gaming that mixes innovative motion-activated technology with augmented reality. Compatible with iPhone 4 and above, City Golf lets you swing your device like an actual golf club to play through 3 increasingly difficult “par-three-style” courses . Play anywhere. Use your camera to set your pin against any real-world backdrop.
What’s more, you can even challenge your friends in a round of up to four players and share the results on Facebook. To complete the game, you need to unlock each green and score a hole-in-one on every hole to collect all 81 stars.
